  • Gina, Cesar, and Sofia

    Shortly after birth of Sofia, Grandpa holds her with Daughter Gina and her Husband Cesar
  • Chaffey College Campus

    Chaffey college was opened last December after eight years of work by Councilman Duncan. It is expected to serve up to 2500 students.

  • Chino's Senior Apartments

    Councilman Duncan presided over the initial planning as well as formulating the financial plan for this project. There is a waiting list for these outstanding units located in the downtown area.
  • The Chino Valley Freeway

    The Chino Valley Freeway was built and opened about four years ago easing many transportation and safety concerns.
  • Chino Youth Museum

    The old First National Bank and later Herb's Hardware building was opened last year as a Youth Museum offering our young children a glimse at our past.
  • Cypress Trails Park

    The Cypress Trails Park was opened a couple of years ago and continues to be improved serving the East Chino Community.
  • Chino's 7th St Theatre

    The theatre is operated by a non profit organization that has received assistance from the City over the years.
